To the friend who is helping a grieving friend, I was just journaling and flipped through to see different entries that I wrote of when I was impacted by the hands, mouths, presence, and hearts of those in my life through different seasons of grief. I put together this little helpful swipe just now as encouragement to the friend or loved one who is helping their loved one as they grieve. I am not a counselor, pastor or psychologist... but I am a human and friend who has been on the receiving end of all of this and it has impacted my life deeply. Not all grieve the same, but sometimes it takes learning how to love one another to know how to help someone grieve. If you are helping someone grieve for the first time, I hope this is encouraging. And also- as the person who is serving and loving those who are grieving, know that it’s okay for you to also grieve during this time. “Grief can be a valuable tool that helps us bend and not snap,” as my dad would repeat in our home. And if you are in a place where you would like to worship and listen to a song that is about this, one of my friends had sent me the song “Man of Sorrows” by Ellie Holcomb to me during a season that I needed it and it ministered deeply to me. 🤍🌿 love to you!!! You’ve got this 🙌🏼
marrying your high school sweet heart is fun. it goes by fast, kinda like a blur, but if I close my eyes I can picture the 16 year olds & then I quickly open my eyes cause tbh those days were cringe 🤗
I took this photo years ago at my friends property. It was during a dark season and I remember having so much anxiety when it would rain. But I happened to live in a place that we all jokingly called “drenchburg.” A lot of the anxiety i experienced was rooted in the rain. We got into a car accident when it was raining, I had a nerve injury that would flare when it rained (it still does), and the smell of it even would trigger those memories. But this day, I remember taking this picture & recognizing God was changing my view of rain. It was a long process, and I still have to remind myself of this day when I felt God speak, that He was with me. I remember studying rain in the Bible. As funny as it sounds I felt I had to because of how much anxiety it gave me. And I remember there’s a verse somewhere in Acts that says that He has shown kindness by sending rain. And there’s other scriptures about Him withholding & giving rain. Could I not trust that the same God who gifted & took away rain could do the same in my life? In Job 5 it speaks about rain, “10 He provides rain for the earth; he sends water on the countryside” & in Job 37: 6 “He says to the snow, ‘Fall on the earth,’ and to the rain shower, ‘Be a mighty downpour” I used to feel this rain cloud hovered over me. And now I look up and remember that God is with me. 🌧

Finding ways to help love & serve those in your life during their difficult season can be overwhelming. For more tips & encouragement I have pinned graphics on my feed for more ideas on how to love those in your life who are going through grief. These are things that were done for me during a really difficult season and they meant the world to me. Thank you to those who loved me through really hard seasons & who cleaned my room, dishes, towels, closet, laundry, wrote me notes, made sure I ate & cared about me in such tangible ways! I wanted to share this because sometimes we don’t know what to do so we stay quiet, but the truth is, we can help in so many ways without asking how to help. We can just drop off a meal, gift, groceries or card at their home, or if we’re close enough go in and clean for them. 💛☀️💐🍓🍇🌈🍋🎉 Don’t put pressure on yourself to say the right words. Sometimes we don’t have the words for the gravity of pain someone feels. Instead weeping with them can say it all, or cleaning, cooking, sending them funny memes, praying & watching comfort shows can be healing too. 💛🤟🏼 If you’ve struggled with anxiety, depression or grief (or even post surgery/ post birth) what are some ways that encouraged you immensely? Let’s fill the comments with ideas and thoughts that can help people be a good friend or loved one.
How to see who viewed your Instagram post using third-party apps? Is it really possible? An Instagram Story Viewer is a tool that can access other people’s Instagram profiles privately and anonymously. They can either be free or paid with some viewing private and public Instagram accounts.
These tools have various features like anonymously browsing Instagram profiles, viewing, analyzing, and downloading Instagram content. Since this method doesn't show you who viewed your Instagram post, it gives your few names in people who liked your post. These are the people who also viewed your post. I know this is not complete but Instagram doesn't provide the data of people who viewed your post. So in that case, you can use this data to have an idea about who viewed your post.
Anonymity: The tool should let you privately and easily surf through Instagram without being noticed by another user. Niceload Online is the top Instagram story viewer tool that can anonymously view and track an account activity in real-time. This online spyware tool can grant access to private profiles, enabling the user to browse through in a private mode.
Noceload app needs to be installed to access a profile; signup for an account, then enter the link to the Instagram profile of interest. Best for Anonymous viewing and monitoring of Instagram account without signing up.
